A refund (less an administration fee of $450 plus tax) will be given if notice of cancellation is received in writing six weeks before the event. We regret that no refund will be given after this period. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time.

The cost of registration depends on if you are a service provider, standard delegate or government/public servant. We’ve worked hard to ensure that our events are affordable. In some cases, our events are as much as 50% less expensive than similar events in the same sector.
